Radar hardwire kit help.

well, i bought a hardwire kit for my radar detector, and it says it gets hooked up to the fuse box, but i dunno how to do it so if anyone can help please do!

bump. um i bought a fuse tap, what if i just tap into one of the fuses, but whhitch one?

get a test light and tap into one that has power only with the key on.i havent looked at the fuse box on the versa yet but on some cars there is an open space on the fuse box that dont have a fuse but have power with key on and constant.

never use test lights on new cars, if you touch a wire that should not be touched, the air bags could deploy. Man you guys are dangerously pushing yourself with your warranty. But tap the cig. lighter fuse.

wgat one exatly is the one for the cig lighter (what one did you use for the fog lights?)

when you pull your fuse box cover off, on the backside it shows what fuse corresponds to what function.

lol no the window switch was faulty the dealer said, the cluster was jemdawg. LOL people will not trust me anymore because of the window switch when I didn't even do anything to it, all I did was pop it out, snap some pics, and put it back and then it didn't work.
