hello nico. got another ticket :bs:

lol I don't know why it has taken me 12 tickets to finally realize I need to invest in a detector. Obviously our cars attract a lot of police attention and my driving habits clearly dont help, so I'm wondering what dectetors you guys are using/recommend?

Valentine One is good. Escorts are pretty good too. Just know that these devices aren't %100 accurate, so sometimes they might fail you.

police can also detect your device, from what I've been told, you'll be in trouble if they knew about your Radar Detector.

from my understanding, you are allowed to have a detector, but the ones that scatter the signals are illegal. this is dependent on state province country.

So, I just got the STiR Plus installed in my car. Haven't had a chance to really test out the range yet, but has definitely alerted me to some police radar activity thus far. Install came out amazing though -very clean!
-Under the middle vent is the LED display for the system
-control pad is installed under the heat/AC options
-Red LED installed between left and middle vent for visual alert (triggered when radar is picked up)
-GPS receive installed under dash (not shown/not visible)
