I have heard that you can cut the last tooth on both sides of the rack on your steering and get a little more angle outta your turns. Has anyone done this or know how...... I would like to do this.

hmm never heard of that not sure if it would work....I have tein tie rods and they come with washers to place on the end to add more angle. You could prob just get thick washers and do the same thing with stock tie rods....

i dont understand how the spacers add turning angle, if you set toe wont it make the spacers pointless bc you will just adjust it down more to make the wheels straight? please help, i feel retarded

A) you dont cut the last tooth you add more teeth.

B) You shouldnt use spacers on stock tie rod ends since there wont be enough thread to be safe.

C)On the S-chassis the stops on the rack are the tie rod, so by moving the tie rod out you allow the rack to move further

D) If you need mega angle just use a Hicas steering rack and Peak Preformance inner tie rods.

the HICAS rack won't give you more angle, you'll just get there faster. the ratio is lower (14.something vs. 17.1 for standard) but fewer turns lock to lock (2.6 vs. 3.2 i think)
