I just think that the time for all this hyphenated-american crap and people identifying themselves by their skin color is long past. I'm at the point where I don't view someone's skin color any differently from their hair color or eye color. All the African-American Hispanic-American Asian-American German-American crap that is so prevelent just seems like a ploy to keep people seperated in their minds, to maintain the mindset of focusing on differences, and to keep people fighting with each other. I think it's about time that our culture become truly color blind, and that we all become plain Americans. We've got enough to deal with in the world without all this racial crap tearing us apart from within.

Half my friends are asian. And some very awesome people too. If I wasn't so happy with my bloodlines I'd have wished to have some asian heritage for myself.

My only hope in that department is find me a good half asian half white and call it a day. Though any girl with some asian is good with me.

Hell any decent looking girl is good with me it don't even matter.

it's a misconception hispanic women are all tan. i'm 50% dominican, and my 100% dominican aunt is pale...no one would be the wiser although i don't sunburn during the summer. ..that's a plus.

I don't know what pisses me off more, the extreme racist or extreme anti-racist. It's one thing to hate a certain person for their "race" but it's another thing to hear people going around *****ing that everyone is oppresing you. I say this with no intention of taking a shot and black people but a prime example would be Jesse Jackson. He's always *****ing that white people are oppressing black people. **** man, in the middle east the Turks enslaved people for thousands of years and nowadays they are friends with them. It's time for people to just let the **** go, seriously. Just because your great ancestor was a slave (and I'm 100% white and mean to harm to black people but again I'm using this as an example) doesn't mean you deserve a freebie in life. You are who you are, regardless of who your ancestor was and what color they were or you are. What's the ****ing difference? For all I know I could be part asian or black or hispanic. I don't know my lineage 100%, so how can I hate someone that I don't know for an appearance?

I think "race" in general is a stupid word. Technically we are all human, are we not? So technically our "race" would be human. We need to stop trying to classify people. It's not just race either, its also religion, sexual preference, etc. What the **** is wrong with people man? So I'm white, you can easily tell by looking at me. You can also see that I'm tall, slightly overweight, wears glasses, and has a mis-shaped head. You want to hate me because of any of that ****?
