I ordered parts from racingline and my order partially shipped.
I recieved my rear sway bar and strut tower bar earlier this week.
upon delivery the strut tower bars packge was damaged and opened on one end.
(The strut bar was shipped connected to the brackets which allowed it to swivel) the only items in the package was the bar and brackets and according to the installation guide nuts and bolts were supposed to be in there too.
I emailed them that same monday and then today with no reply yet.
should I still wait for a response so I can see if they can overnight ship the parts or should I just deal and get it myself?
I also want a reply from them so I can see whats the deal with the rest of the parts.
im moving helluh soon and would like to get all of it on hahaa. No but real I need them in quick :ohno:

Keeping emailing them...did they list a telephone number to call them at? Was the strut bar/bracket damaged at all during shipping? Are 100% certain that the nuts/bolts are supposed to come with the strut bar? Worse case scenario just purchase the nuts/bolts yourself and keep a mental note of your experience with the vendor. :yesnod

I've ordered from them a couple times and had no issue, but major bummer. Yeah, definitely keep contacting them like seldom said. That's odd.

Thanks guys,

Sorry I couldnt respond quicker. I was in the field.
I finally got a response from them and they said the missing
parts would be shipped on monday may 19th with the rest
of my order. The problem is I checked up on my account
friday may 23rd and the parts still say pending.
I emailed them that day and still awaiting response.
im in the army and currently stationed in colorado and gonna
pcs to korea soon. I need to drive my car down to texas
to get it shipped and would like to get them on beforehand.
I dont have a lot of time left to do it. All I want is my parts! Lol
this situation is just another problem I dont need to be having
before my move. #suckstobeme #smh

Have you received your orders yet? What's your report date? Try contacting the vendor again and ask them to expedite your shipment due to your upcoming PCS. How long will you be stationed in Korea? They let soldiers ship POVs to Korea now?

Yes, just got them today(korea is all ate up apparently) I report july 12, pcs leave is june 13. JPPSO Appointment thursday.
No my pov will be going to guam with my wife.
I probably wont be signing out on leave that date.
I put in for those days just to be in case.
ill be there on an "all others tour" till camp casey opens up
"With dependants tours" after this transformation they are
going through. Im gonna sign for AIP anyway. Id rather pay $200-$300
tickets to guam from korea than $2000 from colorado to guam.
