Hey guys, just wondering what people's experience with racingline.com has been. I ordered my short shift kit March 4th and have yet to receive it. Their customer service is pretty slow at getting back to me and I'm just curious if this is typical. I live in MA and they told me on 3/15 that they would ship my part overnight via dhl the next day but I've yet to receive anything. Any input/recommendations would be appreciated, thanks.

I live in Iowa, and it took about 2 months for me to get my Y-pipe, then maybe a month and a half to get the other five parts I ordered.

OK cool, I'm not too worried then. The only thing that concerns me is they said they would overnight it two weeks ago.

@b.mccorm11 when you checked the order on RLs website, did it acurately show the status of it? Thank you

Agreed check the order status! I wanted a y-pipe awhile back and they were out of stock so I emailed asking when they'd be available again and got a response back asap. Once I actually ordered the thing it was a completely different story. 2-3 weeks after initial payment the order status was still "processed" but never shipped. I sent multiple emails over the course of another few weeks and received literally no emails back. Finally I emailed them saying I wanted to cancel my order (it was like two months since I originally placed the order) because nothing was ever shipped and nobody was responding and sure enough my money was refunded 2 days later but still never received any sort of email explaining what the hold up was or anything. Will never attempt to do business with this company ever again.

I figured it was a reputable site seeing as so many people on here have parts from them. I'll give it a few weeks I guess. My order says preparing for shipment so who knows.

The product you purchased will be shipped to you at some point. :chuckle: Yes, RL is slower than cold molasses, but I've never heard of them ripping off a customer. From what I understand RL is a small operation that is essentially run from a residence/shop. The delay is most likely due to the reality that purchases are "made to order" and will be shipped once it's been made. It took a few weeks for my order to be shipped, but I received an email letting me know my order was shipped. :crazy:

The website did accurately show the status of all my parts. It just said "processed" for most of the time until it finally said shipped, and then the shipping info was all accurate as well. However, my order summary did say what parts would arrive in which box since they were all coming at different times, and lets just say it was like Christmas every time a parts box came in. What the website said was arriving and what was actually in the box were very different, but everything eventually made its way to my house without me sending them any emails :dblthumb:

It tooks a month for my ground kits tho... But it will come EVENTUALLY lol
