racingline endlinks squeaking

My 08 coupe has developed a loud squeaking noise when I turn the wheel. It seems to be coming from the top bushings of my front swaybar endlinks. It went away for a while after spraying with some lubricant, but it's back now after about 2 weeks.

Has anyone else had this problem, especially people where there's salt and sand on the winter roads?

I guess I could take them apart, clean them off, and re-assemble, but I don't like the thought of having to do this every year. If it's just my set of endlnks, I'll call Racingline, but if it happens to everyone, there isn't much point.

I've had this same issue but on my front end links but they are brand new and still getting worn in. It's mostly completely gone now.
