I have read a few and it seems to becoming more and more of a normal thing for them to shear off and or loose screw tension causing it to make the suspension bang and pop till they fall off which makes it dangerous to drive if this happens. This thread is to discuss any problems you have had with them no matter how big or small.

The nut came off of 1 of my end-links, so I used Lock-tite on both of them and no other issues.

i think the main problem is not using loc-tite. i use it ever time i swap out a stock piece for an aftermarket one simply, because i believe they come with some sort of bolt cement from factory so why not put one on after, and as for the shearing i dont know

its a chineese product thats where i believe the shearing comes from. Cheap metal and poor quality control now the people who bought the links have to replace 'em. If i were you i would just put the stock links back on they are way stronger than Racinglines product its like its forged steel vs. cast forged being the stock.

I know if i was going back across state which i do often400+miles and it snapped in the first 50 i would be super pissed.

Quote » As far as China components..... quality and china have nothing in common despite your perception. Some very amazing quality parts come out of china, conversely "made in usa" does not automatically mean quality either. Quality is a matter of what your willing to pay to have it made. Just because it CAN be made cheap in china does not mean everything IS cheap from china. Most all coilover sets you see (even the "JDM quality" & "higher end" stuff is all made from the same 2 - 3 factories in china and taiwan) [/quote]

You are an angry NYer, thats where I believe you attitude comes from. (lets use stereotypes??)

Do you own the product? If people have issues with something, they are free to post it.. its here for everyone to see...

We dont need you to try and gather a "lynch mob" for something you arent even involved in.

I am not a angry NY'er i am more of a critic and i am very critical of quality of parts and their build. If its a good product you don't hear anything from me but if it has issues im all over it like white on rice.

People have complained about some Nissan parts that dont live up to their expectations... are you telling us that Nissan is crap now?

Thats why theres something called a warranty... and if Racingline is standing behind their product, thats the end of the conversation.

A basic understanding of the mechanics of what being a good businessman is what works here. This is a forum, and word of mouth is KING in this venue.

If Racingline, or any manufacturer for that matter, didnt stand behind their products, they wouldnt be used... regardless of the quality.

If someone is willing to stand behind their product, and rectify any issues that occur, thats what makes a quality manufacturer, thats what makes a good salesman, and thats what generates positive feedback.

This thread is filled with posts of what, you and me! Did you expect to see people "flocking" to complain about their issues? I wonder why they arent all posting how upset they are... maybe its because they dont exist!

If they just ignored the issue...there would be a serious problem. But they are making an effort to correct it and work with the people who have experienced a problem.

First, why don't you try being a contributing member before you start some threads like this. Half of the information you've posted here is false, you've angered me, and I know you sure as hell angered Joe.

You hardley ever post here, and you're going to be all over who? I don't think so. Choose your words far more carefully in the future. For the record. I was one of the first people to install Racingline's Endlinks, and I've had them for almost a year. Never once had a problem, and used loctite for the install. If you knew some things about mechanics or the stresses on your suspension, you would know this is a high stress area, and you should use every avaible resource to provide stability there. These kinds of things happen sometimes, and reputable companies handle their problems. Instead of being an adult about this and going to the company, you decided to bash our NICO sponsor with not only one, but TWO abrasive threads.

Now, I'm on the other side of the world right now, and It's time for bed. When I wake up in the morning, you better have worked this out with Joe like and adult, or I will destroy both of these threads. PERIOD.

Despite what has been said here or in the past I will still install my RL F&R endlinks. I will be sure to use locktite because as Blake stated the stress inserted to suspension parts is an extreme amount. I always say better be safe than sorry. That's my input.

I've had my endlinks for about 6 months now and now problems at all. I know Blake had said to use Loctite and I'm not sure if Joe's instructions even mention it but I know from experience from building motors in the past ALWAYS, ALWAYS use Loctite..whether it's blue or red, just use the Dang thing!

The products that Racingline sells are 100% legit. As he mentioned, quality is what you want to pay. It doesn't matter where it's made!
