Hey all,

My mechanic did not use my supplied parts and the endlinks are failing. They are loose, can't be tightened enough and are causing a lot of noise.

I need to replace them but I am having trouble understanding the instructions: http://racinglineperformance.com/shop/pc/pdf/V2REL.pdf

To whoever has the endlinks:

How many nuts are supplied? The instructions list:

2 left hand nuts
2 right hand serrated nuts
4 right hand nuts

It seems that each bolt needs 2 nuts to prevent it from backing out. But it doesn't say which nuts go on where? I can't seem to figure out which nuts go on the bolts that attach to the frame and which nuts go on the bolts that attach to the sway bar.

Step 6 of the instructions shows 2 left hand nuts on each end of the turnbuckle. That means I need 4 left hand nuts for two endlinks, which is already more than the instructions provides for.

I know the size of the bolts are 10mm x 70mm or 75mm, even though that's not listed in the instructions. Does anyone know what strength steel is used? Is it 10.9 metric... or is it 8.8?

I emailed Racingline, but I am hoping someone here might be able to respond sooner.

Thanks very much!

Did you ever find a solution to this?
