I have a question about their service. I ordered a Y pipe 2 weeks ago, and its quite difficult to get any info from racingline. They have charged me for the pipe and as far as shipping goes I have a tracking number, but the only thing on racingline's end is that they sent shipping info to FedEx over a week ago, and my pipe has not moved.

Anyone have any experiences like this with them? Any input would be appreciated.

I never had to deal with their cs, but I received my pipe in a reasonable amount of time... I think it was within a week and a half after shipping. Your package could potentially be tied up in Customs; it can be a crapshoot sometimes. I have heard of things getting tied up for weeks at the border for no apparent reason.

If you already have a tracking number then it is most likely tied up in customs. It took about week and a half for mine to deliver after it shipped. They also just recently moved so that could be part of the delay.

But Racingline CS is great! They accidentally shipped me a 2.5 grounding kit, I emailed them and they sent out the correct wires for me no problem. Email Joe, he can get you taken care of.
