Racing Stripes

My 2007 hatchback came with racing stripes ... wondering if anyone else's did, how standard that used to be ...

Just curious are you referring to the stripes on the side of the car?

Mine did not come with the pin striping, but I'm sure it came standard on some versas around the globe

Forgive my "verbage", LoL. Yes, I was referring to the pin striping. Just curious about my Versa, since I'm not its first owner. Thanks!

previous owner must have put the stripes on. if you say you are not the original owner.

Mine is an 08 and no stripes. I prefer it w/out the pin striping. I'm adding some graphics of my own soon

It could have been dealer added. When I was looking at Versa's recently ALL of the Versa's had pin striping that the dealer added on at the lot.

I have not seen ONE Versa at my dealership w/ pin striping on it. Must be more popular in the US ... I personally do not like pin-striping. It fades and peels off after a few years.

I think it depends on the type. My '99 Saturn i just got has pinstriping, tho I think its from factory so thats why it may be better, but its perfectly intact.

The Versa I tried to get didn't have the pinstriping on it yet, tho it had the sticker from the dealer that had that and nitrogen, and other stuff added. I got them to bump it since the pinstriping wasn't on. But I couldn't get it anyway. =/

I'll have to find some on the road that have the pin striping, I was actually by one the other day that had gold pinstripes on a blue Versa

My parents van has the pin striping from the factory and after almost 14 years of owning it, the pin striping looks awful. It looked awful many years ago already and at this point if we peel it off the paint will look really bad underneath.

I too have the Nitro sticker on my Versa, but that's on the inside of my front windshield. My dealer doesn't put dealership stickers on any of their Nissans, it doesn't look professional. They only give you the license plate frames (which you can then switch out)

Probably why no Nissan vehicle at our dealership has pin striping.

Chuckie's pin stripes look so awful now ... I tried to peel them off but it didn't work. Oh well, hopefully this year he'll be laid to rest, lol.

I just bought a 2010 fresh powder SL sedan and it came with a thin gold double pin stripe along the upper sides, came off the truck with it.

My silver 2010 S sedan came with a black pinstripe...removed it the night I brought the baby home!
