Racing Seats

So I am getting racing seats at some point (I will know more about when later today) but I wanted some opinions on what to get. Here is the site I was looking at.

As of right now the car is not a drag or track car but it may be in the future. I guess I am looking for something that is not irritating to sit in on a daily basis but I also want something that's light and does the job. Would I need (or want) a racing harness with any or all of these?

It looks like it is between the R100, Fighter, or Speed 2. What would you go with?
