wanna buy some sparco racing seats but don know if i can still use the stock seat belts from the car harnesses are illegal unfortunatly

well most likely you will still be able to use them, but you should be more specific about what model seat you plan on buying
and if you used proper grammer, this would be alot easier to read... and would end up with alot more help

I dont see an issue with those as long as the rail has a place to mount the belt clasp.
