yea man stuff is always kind of deceiving with the ebay stuff. i know i have a sohc motor i just am going to send him a question since i cant find a number. but beleive it or not i have a full 3 inch ebay catback with 3 inch test pipe that i payed all 150 bucks for and it isnt half bad. this will complete the setup.

Looks just like the one i have on my daily driver sohc. It should bolt right up to the stock cat.

post some vids of it. like revving and such, im sure a butt load of SOHC guys will be looking for it. im curious as i may go with these headers and an open exhaust.... vroom vroom.also, let us know how they fit, people alwys comlain about how they fit in the bay near the fire wall or some s***.good luck!ps: these are usually $100 on raceonusa.com

if i can locate my digital camera ill make a little exhaust vid (90 240sx coupe w/ 56xxx miles on motor all original). its very loud because its all 3 inch setup no resonator, the cat back i bought a while backhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...Partsthen got my test pipe a few days ago and put it inhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...Partsgot it for 29.50 shipped after i made an offer. about the clearence issues i think thats bs if you use your head everything lines up perfectly. ive got perfect fitment and 0 leaks and very pleased for the price. might even get the same stuff for my rb20det hatch.

is the test pipe needed on the SOHC estup? or is that for the Rb20?

well its not needed the only real reason i got it is because when i installed the cat back i had major exhaust leaks at the cat flange. you could always just go with a high flow cat if you're worried about emissions.here in mass its all good b/c all vehicles pre 90 only have to pass safety. give me till this afternoon ill post an exhaust vid.

my hatch with the rb engine is running stock pipe (downpipe to back pipe) when i get a bigger turbo i will be building a custom 4" exhaust system but before i do that want to put this ebay stuff on just to see how it sounds.
