racing a 240

when racing in a 240sx (92 hb) what is the best rpm to shift at? like when is the peak hp. im talkin bout in a ka motor. and for launichin, what should i rev it up to?

More details needed.. for launching what kinda clutch do you have, rear tires, lsd etc? for shifting also depends on mods(a bit) and is a tad bit different for every gear.
