racing 3.5 altima

I have a 3.5 6speed , i never had a fwd car before . does anyone Know what rpm to drop it at???? I do at 3000rpm with trac on but i spinn too much??

you obviously are not supposed to drop the clutch with a car that has so much torque.

what you should do is slip the clutch in at around 2700rpm, hold the throttle in that position, let the car get rolling a for a little bit, and then just dump the clutch all the way.

it takes practice with this car, but you should get it soon enough.

Good Call, that is a good way to launch the 3.5. Now on my ol Z its more around 4K-4.3K, of course VDC off...but its RWD and only 274ft-lbs crank
