Ok so i know that i got into an accident and needed to get new repairs. Also some of you may have noticed i was "sponsered" by raceonusa.com because i needed some new parts. I talked to DJ and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was very patient and responded to all my questions and seemed to be giving me a deal on the parts. But i then went to extreme dimentions and called them about the same parts and how much it would be. Here are the figures after Eli from extreme dimensions told me he would give me a discount because of the circumstance.

Raceonusa.comhood 489 + 200 (shipping)fenders 185 + 100

894

Extreme Dimentions.comhood 520 + 100fenders 240 + 60

920

overall it was $26 more at extreme dimentions but mind you this was WITHOUT a sponsership sooooo never buy anything UNTIL you CALL and ask if they can do something about the prices. I bought from extreme dimensions and turned down the sponsership with raceonusa.com because of some shipping problems. This is nothing against raceonusa.com but it is stating the facts of financials and who has the best prices.

Bummer it didn't work out with RaceOn.

But your math is wrong. RaceOn's prices would come out to $974 if I'm not mistaken. If so, then the difference would be $54 in favor of ED.

Be careful with the fenders, I almost bought them when I was hit but have heard some negative things and only one positive remark. They are beautiful and I do want them but I may have someone fab me up some fenders in the future. The deal breaker was me test fitting those fenders on my car and not having them fit correctly. Just make sure you do your research.

Best of luck with your car

shipping seems a lot less. raceonusa is from Cali if i'm not mistaken. is ED closer to NY? but either way, one was with a sponsorship and one was without.

Regardless, one supports the forums, and the other does not. Easy choice.

Did you tell E.D. you were from NICO?

Yea, I did the math because the price did not look correct. Going ED was the best bet because it is cheaper in the long run. $54 bucks difference goes a long way.

I am surprise how much a difference shipping is. Also both of the shop is located in SoCal. E.D is up in Fullerton and RaceOnUSA is up in Rancho Cucamonga

What are we trying to get out of this thread? Both companies are horrible and I am no longer affiliated with ED. Their quality control and fitment is horrible. Too bad they haven't learned to fix this after all these years they have been in business for.

Very true!

As far as Race On, they are great honest people and I have never had any problems with them. They are local to SoCal which saves on shipping. I have looked at ED's prices before and they are really cutting you a break.

Here are the links directly to the sites;EDhttp://www.extremedimensions.com/10259.html = 335.00Race On Usahttp://www.raceonusa.com/nissa...-door = 268.00

EDhttp://www.extremedimensions.com/10596.html = 649.00Race On Usahttp://www.raceonusa.com/nissa...07-09 = 629.10

DJ is awesome! I really enjoy helping Race On Usa out. Extreme Dimensions I really can not stand.

Yes, my exterior is back to stock. No recent pictures of my car, but I plan on posting some in the near future. I actually like the new changes on my car and now going for the function over form approach.

EDIT: Oops, I did not mean completely stock exterior. Only the body panels.

mehdi please... what about the $200 CF hood from a company that's 20 minutes from you.

We live in NY, we don't have anything here... our only hope is free shipping on used parts from someone local.

Don't even TRY to go there man. That hood is of highly dubious Chinese quality, and other than RacingLine and TWM, we've got a buttload of nothin'. RL and TWM are usually smaller items anyway, so shipping is cheap to you guys.

As for us...I purchased my Stillen splitter for $180. I then had to pay an additional $160 for shipping to Canada, as well as an extra $89 in "customs brokerage fees". My hood was even worse...that added another $500+ to my purchase price. Keep in mind that all of the parts I've purchased are made in the USA, so NAFTA should apply...and yet, Canadians still get anally fisted.
