Raced a CTS-V today. Had to work to stay in the same area code as it on I-70 in Indy. Repo Man got to take one home this weekend to demo it.

Says the final assembly point is Lansing Michigan, not Bowling Green Kentucky. How is that?

Got to ride in the "V's" competition, a Jaguar S-type R. Rock out! Very fast and very sleek. Nothing like smoking the tires on a $60K-plus car.

Yes, we had fun today, but were pretty conservative. No drifting and no auto-xing, as much as I would like to have. I did get a good ride in a new Volkswagen R32 however. Sweet ride.

Thanks for taking/posting those CZ.

bah, screw the XLR, it's still merely auto only and just kinda neat looking...

I'm all about some CTS-V though, how long you gonna keep it Andy?

or is it gone already:(

Yep, but I'll have another one April 17/18 for a BMW Club event at Putnam Park . We should have a meet that weekend and hang out.

I would choose a CTS-V over an XLR simply due to the performance and practicality aspect and the fact that it is a standard transmission, but there is a V-Series XLR coming that is purported to be 440hp. :ylsuper

Bud, none of the Caddy's except the XLR are produced in Bowling Green, which is produced along with the Corvette.
