If you pre order it just like any other game they will let you come and get it a day early. The only time this doesnt work is if there is shipping problems.

They get things 1 or 2 days after release, they only order EXACTLY enough for people who preordered, and they have crap operating hours. There's no point to going to them. I can usually get games for less at Target or Walmart and they're open earlier (which matters to me since I'm nocturnal) and invariably have more copies on the shelf and they don't require you to preorder to get the game on release day.

Heck, a lot of the time Target'll offer a free $10 gift card with certain games AND the game is cheaper than at Gamestop.

im hoping its as good as cod4, but then again they are different type games entirely. cod4 is definately alot more fast paced action. R6V is alot more tactics.

Yeah the only reason I go through gamestop is because i can take older games there. Otherwise I would use my discount at Target to get the game.

No worries. How do you like it? I love the first so I'm sure it wont be any different for this one. I'll probably be picking it up next week, maybe this weekend. I watched some videos yesterday and the graphics look a little better than the original, and I thought they looked great in the first.

Love it. It brings for me a happy medium between COD4 and R6. R6 is slower more tactical and COD4 is fast paced. Well R6 Vegas 2 with the addition of the sprint button makes the game quiet a bit faster but still keep its tactical roots.

yeah it feels leaps and bounds better than the first. I like the ranking system and challenges, being able to see your exp gains real time, and new levels. The graphics seem about the same except for YOUR character, apart from way more blood spatter, but theyre damn good to begin with. I just played a few terrorlst hunts last night and man it seems alot harder than the first, or maybe just because i dont know where they are coming from lol.

I liked the terrorlst voices from the first better tho, these guys dont cuss like they used too, they sound whimpy imho. I like "fawk you!! he was my friend!" from the first one haha. Not really a gameplay issue tho, just nitpicking.

I have heard that from some people to but they all want a faster game with more kills like COD4. They were not very patient and got owned by my AUG on several occasions.

yeah its pretty damn good. The only gripe is (for ps3 anyway) i cant seem to connect all that well for online play, it always says cannot connect to host etc. It must be some kind of bug cuz i know my internet connection is fine. But i like how you can gain exp and ranks just playing single player story and terrorlst hunts.

Yeah i like that aspect to Axel Grungy but my only complaint about it was i maxed it out and had every gun before i even made officer rank.

On that note I got my Warrant Officer rank last night woot!
