Whats up with this TSB that deals with the 02 codes and adding a ground harness from the intake to the head? Why is the freakin harness $115 bucks? It looks like 2 wires and 4 eyelets? lol has anyone done this TSB? Anyone just make their own harness or get this one and realized they could have? Thanks guys!

I do not see a TSB that contains such a fix applicable to a 1996 Pathfinder. What is the TSB number?

Ah, Chilton was being retarded and wasn't showing it in their database under 96 Pathfinder. I posted a working link to that TSB in the linked thread on page 2. It looks really easy to make your own wiring harness using some thick gauge wire, some ring terminals of the proper size, solder and a soldering iron, some electrical tape, and heat shrink to make a proper wiring harness. Just follow the wiring routing as described in the TSB and you'll be good.

Prices are just insane sometimes. Just make your own harness; solder the ring terminals on, then wrap electrical tape around the exposed ends, then heat shrink to ensure the tape doesn't unroll and to help weatherproof it. Route the wires as shown in the TSB and hopefully your codes will disappear!
