R50 drivetrain vibration

I have a 2004 R50 with 100,000 miles on it. I have a vibration starting at 40 mph and constant to over 60 mph. I have removed the front driveshaft and the vibration is gone. I have replaced the u-joints in the draveshaft and had the driveshaft checked, it is OK. This tells me there is an issue in the transfer case. Any ideas and experience out there?
