first off i need the part number and second it has to be fiberglass because i'm trying to make a cnversion kit between the 32 and the 34 becasue the 34 longer and wide we need a fiberglass one to shape and mold the car to it and beside oem a F@#@ to get beside what point of have a stock skyline

R34 fiberglass is sparce over here, you will have difficulty.

Bee Racing Makes an R34 conversion Kit for the R32. It is all fiberglass as well. If you have a child to sell or a Key of coke lying around you might be able to get up the dough to buy it and have it shipped. You could also try http://www.xxx-treme.jp they have an ER34 front over fender. I am sure D-Max has something as well bt I would just sell an organ and get the Bee Racing kit, it is a pretty nice kit for the 5 or 6K they are asking for it and has everything you need.
