I got myself into this kind of mess, bought r34 skyline from japan, by lack of knowledge i made a mistake (maybe a huge one) and turned out its not a turbo, usual 2 door manual r34 rb25de neo and its on its way on the ship to Georgia (post soviet country where i live).

I know selling it and buying a GTT is best option, but unfortunately im out of that option (will try but i can sell it for half the price best).

So i made some research here and can swap it for r33's rb25det engine for 1600$ (not sure whether it includes ecu too or not),

Here are some questions that keep me awake during nights:

Will the gearbox need to be changed too?
Is the diff same on rb25de neo and rb25det neo models?

Or is it better to keep the engine and install turbo on it?

Your advices and opinions are very important for me.
