I have been looking in to buying one of these engine blocks to build. Versus a normal stock GTR R32 block. I already know all about this block and what it is capable of. I am just trying to get a second opinion on this block and see if it is really worth the money and if any one would like to give info on this block from experience be more than happy to.

man, if someone offered me more than 10k right now, i would prob take it. Thats what I have in it, not counting my time since I have done everything myself. I can build myself another one, or something different, haha.

It really is amazing how much money you save by doing everything yourself...especially when it really isn't "difficult" per say...it just takes a hell of a long time, such as stupid stuff that you have to disassemble half of the engine to get to.

Well when it comes to an engine that is going to be used for racing period. That block is much stronger and can take more abuse. I am not going to make 1500HP with is but probably around 700-800HP with that engine but I don't want an engine that is pure horse power. I want an engine that is just pure response. Manly just quick as **** out of the corners for a circuit track car.

P.S. I her you people talking about 240's. My friends 240 blew a spark plug right out of the threads last night (stock KA24DE). Basically we had to walk 3 miles back to my house, took 1hour and half. I was so pissed.

lmao........ omg you can make that in a built 26 for less than half the price of that block............ or you could do a 2.8 liter stroker yourself.....

exactly, tons of threads like this.. full of dreamers and crazy hp numbers that are just entirely out of the question...

bottom line you dont need an n1 block to get the performance and response that you supposidly want. Have you even tried modifing your 26 you currently have?

ok this thread is done.

this argument is gay because you dont need a nur spec ztune engine to make power numbers like that. my advice it to search around and realize you can make those kinds of numbers for 1/2 of what you are going to spend.
