r34 Licence plate lights question

on the r34 beside the licence plate there are 2 lights, the reverse on the left. and some other light, what is that other light?please/thanks

You're talking about these lights, right? The two circled in red?



You're right about the left one. It's the back-light. The red one is just a red running light, I believe. I see them on most of the time when the lights are turned on, but they aren't a brake light. Just a running light.
