R33 skyline modded and stock which to buy

Well i am in Iraq right now about ready to go back to germany. My friend has always been into dsm's but since we are going back to germany he has been looking at cars and found a couple skylines. He found 2 1996 r33s with the rb25's; one is stock and one isnt. The stock one is 13000 and the modded one is 21000. The modded one has a FMIC, T70 greddy turbo, HKS blow off valve, 1000cc injectors, and 2 walboro 255 fuel pumps. The whole car is built but thats just what i know off hand. It dynoed at 498 on pump gas and loow boost. What do you think would be the better deal. They both have comparable miles and everything. And what do you think the 1/4 mile would be on the modded one on higher boost?mo

Depends on what you want to do with the car. Most people prefer to start with "virgin" cars, which, if you plan on hanging on to the car for a while, i'd reccomend. I still find stupid stuff that my previous owner has done half a55ed.
