3 bolt will line up perfectly. as for the 4th bolt. which will be the back one close to the door. Its a bit short. so you have two choices. use the bolt from the s13 seat and let it over lap the bracket and it will hold.

you can drill a hole in the floor. then sandwich it. (bolt, washer, floor board, seat bracket, washer, nut and call it a day. I myself chose to over lap it and it works fine.

The rails in an S12 are almost the same distance apart as S13 and S14 rails are, but a little wider. the front two are the only ones that sort of bolt in if you use longer bolts and drill them out a little. Everything else had to be measured and spot welded on, and then checked for consistency with previous placement.
It took me 4 grueling hours of trial and carpet removal.
lol it has lock tight it holds, even while sliding. so i consider its safe. as well so has others that have looked at it. ppl that inspect cars for events. so if they deem it safe, then it shall be safe. thank you.dsc4130 wrote:
