Only one I've seen is pretty nice, but I've noticed it doesn't specifically differentiate between Series 1 and Series 2, or possibly it doesn't cover Series 2 at all. Hard to tell since it doesn't really say for sure.

I don't see it on the web for download anywhere though, but if you dig I'm sure you can still find one out there.
