R33 RB25DET S2 Power FC no power up

If anyone has any pointers I would appreciate it.

I have an R33 RB25DET S2 in a 97 S14 (originally automatic car)

Mods:Greddy Intake / Q45 TBGT3076HKS FMIC / GREDDY Type S BOVCustom ExhProfec B spec II BCAEM WidebandNismo FPR

The car starts, and drives ok on the stock ECU. I modified my S14 Chassis harness instead of the RB engine harness figuring that if I screwed up - easier to get a replacement S14 dash harness. [stock RB ECU P/N# 23710 13U00]

Car idles fine, but runs poor. AFM would bounce from lean to rich so I figured it was due to all of the modded parts and I should get an engine management system. I bought an Apexi power FC.

When I plug in the power FC (brand new unit - model # PFC ERC33 010-2667) - the car will crank, but not start. I do not hear the fuel pump run either. When I plug in the commander, it does not light up.

If anyone knows of a circuit other than the standard ones which needs to be connected - I would appreciate a heads up. Everything not listed is CUT. All circuits are good, soldered, and heat shrunk. Again - this is a little backwards to all of the how to lists as I reversed the harn mods to the chassis side of the M63 Connector.

I am going to start digging through the RB ECU pin outs to try to diagnose, but any help is appreciated.
