Hey all, first time poster long time lurker...

I have a 96 R33 GTS-T, I am wondering if the Flywheel, clutch, clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder are the same as a Z32 TT? I do not have my 300 here with me its sitting in the states on a trailer ><, but I want to drop my clutch and the other metioned parts into my skyline..... Thanks

Ok? You are living in Tokyo where there is an abundant supply of parts for a Skyline, and you are want to ship over parts from the states to put into your Skyline?

Dude, if you need flywheel, cluth, master and slave cylinder, hit up Yahoo auctions or Up-Garage. You can get used parts in good condition for the cheap.

Now as far as your question.

I have been told that N/A Z32 clutches work on RB20DET transmissions, but I don't know 100% if that is true or not. OR if it will work on an RB25DET trans.

Also, the R33 GT-R used a pull type clutch, but I don't know if the GTS25-t used one or not.

If you live in Tokyo, you should be able to source everything you need for not a lot of money.

Parts are stupid expensive here, unless you buy junk or used. Basically I alrdy have all the parts I mentioned sitting in a box in the states, given I have alrdy spent alot of money on the parts and they are sitting there useless why not use them. The trans on the R33 and z32 are the same except bell housing, that much I do know. I might just take a chance and send all of it over, 50 bucks to get it here dont seem that bad. I was just looking for conf. Thanks

the Z32 box is a little different. the clutch pedal box and lines and master and slave are very different. If you are after some help i will be able to export some gear to you without any hassles.

Email me on [email protected] and I will be able to help you - shipping time is about 6 days.

Cheers

Go to UPGARAGE and have a look around. You'd be better off putting something in your car that's made for your car.

You don't have to go to Autobacs or the local parts distributor and buy brand new stuff. Don't strike out the junk yards, you'd be suprised what is sitting in the junk yards, and you'd be even more suprised at what goes to the scrap yards from the junk yards.

There is a Up garage in Yashio City in Siatama Ken then you can also check out any nissan RED stage. But the master cyl. is not the same as a US one, Slave Cyl is also a NO GO as well the lines are run diffrently on the master. On a US car the come off the side of the cyl. and on a JDM car they are on the very front and on the top or bottom of the cyl. The bolt pattern for the Slave is Diffrent the Z32 has 2 holes to bolt on to the transmission both on the bottom of the cyl and the R33 has one bolt on top and one on the bottom. But i also can get you any part you need and Ship it to Japan I have done this more times than i thought.

Nope, no Up-Garage in Yashio. I know, cause it's where I live. Closest one is in Koshigaya, which is still in Saitama ken, about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic.

Also have an Autobacs Secondhand mart, and an i-Parts, but I am banned from there for going apes*** on an employee for only offering to pay me 4000 yen for a part that was still in the box that I wanted to sell. Told him to basically die in a fire and walked out. Got a phone call later that day (my address was on record for selling some other stuff before) and told I couldn't go back there...ever.
