i believe it did, but I am not 100% sure what seized up is defined as...
Here's how it happened:
Pump was working fine with exception of hole in high-pressure line. I replaced high-pressure line, but another hardline got damaged in the process. While out for the test run, P/S was working fine, but I think the fluid leaked out of the other damaged line, and I got a belt squeel like the pulley wasn't moving anymore, then the next thing you know I hear the belt snap. I pull over, the belt is just hanging on the pulley, snapped, and the pulley won't rotate.
Someone else said it seized up, but I'd like to make sure before I drop ~100 for a new pump. I may just modify a KA pump to fit instead. oh well.
