ok i live in austin texas and my r33 runs bad i make boost but it does not feel like it and i have flat spots between 3000 and 5000 rpm i have new coil packs (Splitfires), spark plugs,tps,knock,cam senser, what do i do next or is there any shops that work on skylines in texas

bring it to GS Motorsports in Irving, Texas...they have a lot of experience with your car...good luck
