I'm starting my own business and the bank won't use the car... they said I need to sell in and have the cash to get the rest of my working capital. It sucks because of all the money I put into it over the last year... but... I have to go forward with my part of the business. If I don't it effects my partners. Feel free to call me any time.. I can get you in contact with the shop that is looking it over before I sell it and Kenny at RB.... they are selling the same car for 65K so I know I'm under retail.... I'm just being realistic about the price... I don't want to wait a year to sell it...

And bump for a GREAT price for a sweet R33!!!(if I wasn't so partial to R32's over 33's, I'd try to talk him into a trade deal...or sell mine for his)

Since this car is a legitimate MotorEx car with all documentation, I am going to make this a sticky in the hopes that it gets sold.

To the OP.

If you sell this car, please let me know so I can remove the thread. I will save the pics to my iServe account and include them in my Skyline History project I have been working on.

I doubt that I would be able to register this in California! Am I right about that?

From what DJ's told me, that's correct.

His was one of the cars that were only half-done when Hiro got arrested and MX shut down and all that BS.Another company finished his up, but there were just enough issues with the emissions that it passed DOT/NHTSA standard, but not Cali's CARB standards.

Oh, you mean the NOPI Qualifier? That's June 8th.

MM is the 1st....that's when the potential buyer is going to be down to look at and maybe get your car, right?

Bring it and him out to MM, I'll get you in the Drift pits, so we can get all three cars together.

Unless something's changed this past week, he's got a potential buyer who's coming to town this coming weekend to look the car over and make a final decision.

(but he'd be a fool to not snag this car for the price DJ is asking)

This has been up here for a while, and I just put a new one up in the stickys, so I am going to move this one back down to the general threads.

To the OP...please keep us updated as time goes on with this car. I hope you get it sold.

Thanks for keeping this up. Now that it's summer, people are getting more interested. I refuse to let a car go for under that price that was appraised for 59,000 this year. This site generates a lot of interest.

Thanks
