R33 front brakes noise??

Ok guys, i installed r33 front brakes on my cefiro complete rotar and caliper. I am hearing a constant crackling noise when the brakes get warm or eventually gets hot. Its sounds as though the dispads are crumpling up. This noise is not a squealing noise. i tried changing the pads and also tried servicing the calipers but stills is annoying. Any help would do guys. I also have a friend with the same problem and he has on brakes from a R32 on his Laurel.

Did you try cleaning all of the slides and lube everything up with Nissan caliper lube, shims and all. Or are those brakes like the z32 brakes. Maybe try having the rotors machined.
