R33 brake upgrade.....soft pedal feel?????

I just recently upgrades a full R33 brake upgrade.....4 pistons front and 2 pistons rear with stainless steel lines all around and R33 master cylinder. Somehow my initial pedal feel is so soft, possibly even softer than stock. Any reason for this? Should i turn my rotors at all, would that help? Should I upgrade the brake booster as well? I mean it stops pretty good, just the pedal feel is not as expected. Thanks,
