R33 Are legal to import in VA?!?!?!?!?!?!?.....Im getting very excited

I was searching through the web to see if i could somehow import an r33 and I found something very interesting...it seems i can but only r33's from 1996-1998...i may have to go get myself a skyline..here is the link if anyone cares to read...maybe i miss read it in my excitement. but ut seems i can import a skyline through those years!...the skyline stuff is in the middle of the document.

I went searching 5 or 6 pages back and found out that this is old news...sorry for an old repost. I guess I look to get a supra or something..it does not seem worth all the trouble to ge this car
