r33 6spd tranny fs

im in the process of doin an rb26 swap into my s13, and i now have a r33 6spd tranny sitting in my garage for sale, im not sure what the value of this unit is but if anybody is interested im sure ill give them a good deal on this unit. from what i was told the motor and tranny had roughly 40k on it . if interested pls let me know thanks farmer

Interesting. R33's never came with a 6 spd Sure it's not an R34 tranny?

sorry i was under the impression that the awd r33's had 6 spd trannys. ill get the serial # for the tranny and cross refrence it to figure out exactly what type it is

Yeah, just to let you know now, I'm not personally interested. I just thought you should check so that you can get the right info out when selling it. But yeah, all R33's had 5 spds, not 6.

cool , but i feel like an idiot i wasa lookin for a vin # on the motor and couldnt find it, i figured it would be in the same place as the rs but its not , help pls ?

I'm interested.I guess it is R33 GTR's 6 spd. R33. GTR has RB26 w/6spd.

No it doesn't! 5 spd only. R34's are the only ones that ever had a 6 spd option.

dude, i not saying your wrong, but i've seen plenty of sites selling 95-98 R33 rb26dett w/6 speed....Yes very possible for error typo, but not on all i would assume...just trying to help...i have to find a few sites but i have no problems getting the facts for my statement...otherwise it would just be an opinion...

I READ ALOT OF WEBSITES, most were not clear if R33 or R34. So thats no proof...

I wasn't going by what I've read on websites....I was going by R33's I've ridden in. In fact, I just saw an R33 GTR a couple weeks ago in a parking lot, and looked at the shifter and said to my friend "look, see how that's a 5 spd? there's a thread on nico about how R33 GTR's are 6 spds," then he laughed.
