r32 vlsd in s14?

hey guys ive searchd alot and havent found a good answer yet. im about to buy a vlsd from an r32 and was just wondering if it is a direct bolt in it comes with the five bolt axles i know im probly going to have to swap the diff cover but im not sure if the axles will fit an s14.
