hey everybody. i don't really post much here-just read. but today i have a good question:help i bought an R32 type-m LSD for dirt cheap and i need help figuring out what parts i need to fit it properly. i've posted and searched world-wide with one response... i have to use R32 axelshafts.seein that the type-m is RWD it should be pretty stright forward.as with most diff swaps like the 300zx i'd need output shafts. but the 300 is a completely differnt monster. so if anybody has any suggestions or links i'll be a happier guy

If you got the stock type-M LSD...it's actually a Viscous LSD. I'll see if I can't find some info for you, but with parts availability here in Japan it is possible that no one has done it, or wouldn't bother with it.

it may be just me but i would think the r32 is a little wider then a 240, so you might have a problem with the driveshafts being too long, but im not really sure though. all i gotta say is good luck

i had the same thought the other day. the conclusion was to use axels/halfshafts form an s13 that came with an LSD. i'm not usin the whole pumpkin just the internals. makes sense right?i think so. besides that i'll use an r200 lsd diff cover.what you guys think????

This doesn't help, but why are you doing this swap? Why not just use the 240sx vlsd or an aftermarket piece? No headaches.
