r32 trunk lid?

Is the trunk of an r32 skyline made out of aluminum or is it made from steel? I want to put an r32 rear end on my s13 hatch. This would involve taking part of the r32 trunk lid and forming it on the back of my hatch. The stock spoiler made some nice rust holes but the rest of the hatch is in nice shape. I think silvias in Japan have aluminum trunks. But I have never looked at an r32 trunk lid.
