not hard at all, about as hard as dropping the subframe and reinstalling it.r32 rear subframe bolts right in.if it has hicas on it (which it does as that is a typem subframe) you will need a lock bar so the rear wheels dont go flopping around while driving.

benefit, hmm... the brake system, 5-lugs, 4.3 vlsd--perfect for hight rev rb20's, beefier axles.

If you are going to do this, it would be a good time to replace those subrame bushings. It will help stiffen things up.

O and I am so jealous. I was considering doing the same thing but I never found a cheap enough setup to make it worth doing.

A lot of people go for the S15 subframe, it may be even stiffer.

it wont be good on the revs as the stock rear end is but it will be good for impressive acceleration.

Hmmmm. I have an R32 subframe in my shop here. I used it for the rear end. I always though it wasn't a boltup to the S13. I thought the subframe mounting holes where off an inch or so.
