R32 Skyline stalls while driving

Hey guys just brought this skyline and most of the time it goes very well but occasionaly it stalls or loses all power and depressing accelerator does not help I have noticed at this time it seems to lose most of its oil pressure I was hoping someone could help. Thanks

well, losing oil pressure just as it's stalling, or a result of the stalling?

If the oil pressure loss is what is making the car stall, I would cease driving it immediately, and replace the oil pump, and oil pump chain, and the sprocket too if it shows signs of wear....Maybe the chain tensioner has moved or been destroyed? (replace that too!)

RB does not have a chain anywhere. The oil pump is driven by an eccentric gear on the crank. You are losing oil pressure because the engine stalls and stops turning the pump. Could be a bad air flow meter.

I had a Problem like that and it was CAS (Crank Angle Sensor) going bad but it could also be a bad MAF. or Electrcal problem.
