OK, I have a 240 with a KA24DE and one with a KA24E. They have different injectors. I know this because I lost an injector O ring for my DOHC engine and was going to pull one off of the SOHC because it's mainly a parts car. I am assuming that one is top feed and one is side feed. I eventually had to go to the junk yard and pull an O ring out of a se-r (SR20DE) and it fit fine. So because the SR has the same injectors as the KA24DE that means that the 91+ 240s have side feed. And so by process of elimination, the 89-90's must have top feed.
Am I right, or is this completly screwed up logic? I'm just trying to figure this stuff out.
P.S. Now that I'm mentioning my parts car, e-mail me if you need something. it threw a rod and I've already gotten rid of the hood, bumper, and drivers 1/4 panel. other than that, it's fine.
