R32 Hub Replacement?

I have a R32 axel setup on my 240sx. The front passanger HUB needed a new bearing. Well the bearing was ceased inside the hub, thus needing replacement. Are there any USDM Cars that can be used as a direct replacement? And Before you say 300ZX it won't work. Any other methods?
