Hey,

My name is Christian and I’m a newbie. I live in Seychelles and here we’ve only got 2 Skylines, A R34 V-Spec putting out about 1000BHP and a stock R32 GTS25 TypeX.I would import a used car from Japan but can't as used cars have been banned here.So I wanted to get the R32 and convert it as close as possible to a GTR v-spec2.Parts will not be a problem for me as I have contacts in Singapore and Japan. What will I need to do this conversion??Thanks in advance

Didn't know there was a Type X version of any Skyline, that's a new one on me. And does this R32 GTS25 have AWD? If not, you are going to need some serious cash to convert it to AWD. TMS will probably chime in soon to tell you what needs to be done as he knows the undersides pretty well. The RB26DETT will probably be the easiest part of the swap. The whole front drive train might be a little difficult, though.

Forget the 4wd and just do the RB26 swap.

Maybe in political protest it assumed the "x" title?

Maybe it's "X" for extreme. RB26DETT and GXi brakes! That would be extreme to try to drive.
