R32 Exahust and S14 compatibility

I'm sure anything can work if you put some time and money into it, but how close of a fit will it be when using an R32 Apex'i N1 4" exhaust on a S14?

A guy on my club is selling it at a low price and i figure what's the harm in trying it out. Has anyone done this before? I wish i had underbody pics of an R32.

Buy the one for the correct body and save your self a lot of work...
