R32 destroyed hub stud

had a cross threaded wheel nut on my r32 GTST today (many thanks to previous owner) and basically destroyed my stud. can i replace the stud or will i have to buy a whole new rear hub? i have a set of 300zx rear hubs laying around, will my axles fit those?

you can knock the stud out and install a new one.
