Trying to do an RB20DET swap into my S14 and another issue came up...

Given equal cost to both, which one is recommended?

I've heard the McKinney mounts make the motor sit a bit high, causing hood clearance issues. I think this guy may be messing with me, since hes trying to convince me to let him do the swap vs doing it myself. Any input on the situation?

I found a smoking deal for a set of used McKinney mounts, so it would pretty much cost the same for both... save for a few extra dollars for shipping...
