Happy holidays, NicoClub!! Question from the curious: does anyone know if:
a) the R32 front crossmember is the same as the ones used in the R33, and
b) if it is the same and as strong as a R33, will it also bolt into the S-chassis, the same?
Sorry for being lazy and not digging as deep, but while i was on the hunt for a R33 crossmember, I had come across a R32 unit.. reason for inquiry was thinking its time my GTS-powered RMS13 had deserved a stronger unit, than the factory one used for the KA. Also need to find out if the McKinney mount kit used for the swap could also be used on that subframe.. if not, I have the Nismo motor mounts i had been using while it still was 4-cyl equipped. Any light on the subject would be appreciated, thanks, cheers!

You might have a better chance at a response over in the RB forums. A lot of posters over there are guys/gals with RB powered S13. Or, you can even check the 240SX sub forums as well.

Sorry no one here has been able to help ya out.

Thanks for the information update, kind sir.. I'm also swapped but would have liked to shine light on that subject.. may just hunt down a R33 crossmember in the end as I am using a series 2, just to be safe.. Thanks in advance, looking forward to Nicofest as I miss it every year ::ugh:: lol
