R32 Calipers using 300zx parts

Are the Skyline R32 calipers the same as the 300zx TT calipers. What I really wanna know is if I can use the rotors, pads, and rebuild kit from a 300zx?

These are the rear calipers

those don't look like the 300zx calipers to me at all... those are only single piston... i'm not sure what rebuild kit you'd need, posibly the maxima or Q45 kit?

Those are for the rear... and yes they are the same as the 300Z rear ones.
